DANCE COMPETITIONS
Eisteddfods and Competitive Dance Festivals
Bristol Ballet School offers the opportunity for select students to participate in Dance Eisteddfods and Festivals.
These competitions provide a platform for young dancers between the ages of 4 - 21 to perform Solos/Duets/Trios and Groups in Ballet, National, Greek, Song and Dance, Modern, Lyrical, Character and Tap with adjudication by professionals qualified and experienced in those fields.
Your son or daughter will be invited by the Principal of the school to compete at selected competitions.
Bristol Ballet Schools Annual Photo Shoot
We are excited to confirm Bristol Ballet Schools Annual Photo Shoot
Specialises in dance photography and will be joining us at Bristol Ballet School on:
11:00 - 12:00 Arrive (Hair and Make-Up)
12:00 - 14:00 - School Shoot
All students wishing to partake in the school photo shoot must have the schools correct uniform and must have completed, signed and returned by a parent our Bristol Ballet School Photography and filming consent form.
Please be aware that these images will be used for promotional purposes and will be published on the school Website and Facebook Page. The Schools photo shoot will be at no extra cost to students or parents. Please make sure the forms are handed in by the 13th October.
Parents and Students will also have the opportunity to book
Mini Dance Photo Shoots to be taken on the same day, details of prices and time slots are as follows:
15 Minute Mini Dance Photo Shoot - £50
• 1 outfit change
• 2 digital images included
30 Minute Mini Dance Photo Shoot - £100
• Up to 3 outfit changes
• 4 digital images included
Additional digital images are £15 each with discounts for larger numbers. Each dancer will receive an online gallery of around 10-20 images to choose from from their session. The shoots are suitable for dancers of all ages and abilities. The sessions can be shared with another dancer for an additional £15 (so the shoot would be £65 for 15 mins shared between two).

DANCER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Bristol Ballet School would like to introduce our Dancer Of The Year Award
Each year a few select students who have demonstrated hard work and dedication during classes will get to take home Bristol Ballet Schools Dancer of The Year Trophy. This is to be returned at the end of each Year.
